About Me

I've spent years working at the intersection of relationships and the systems that shape them: as a coach, in private practice, and alongside attorneys, mediators, and court-appointed advocates on some of the most complex cases people navigate. My training is in Marriage and Family Therapy, further informed by Bowen family systems theory, Internal Family Systems, solution-focused work, mediation, and collaborative law. But most of what I bring to this work isn't from a textbook. It's from watching closely, and repeatedly, what happens when someone is inside a pattern they can't yet see the edges of. I've also navigated versions of this myself. That's part of why this work matters to me. Today my practice has grown beyond where it started: individuals, couples, and families; business leaders and the people they lead; and increasingly, the questions people rarely get to ask out loud, including how sexuality functions inside a relationship's larger pattern. Whatever the setting, the approach doesn't change. I ask questions, not answers.

How we work together

Sessions aren't about a problem in isolation. They're about what's happening between you and everyone else in your system: a partner, a family, the people you lead. We move at whatever pace fits what you're carrying, sometimes fast when clarity is what's missing, sometimes slower when what's needed is space to be seen before anything changes. There's more you can choose here than it might feel like right now. The work is finding where.
